New Years in Girdwood

We spent all of Christmas Break out at our Condo and had so much fun! We skied every day and played games or watched movies every night and created lots of memories.

On New Year's Eve we walked out onto the ski slopes and watched the "Light Parade" come down the mountain. It was something that Haakon used to watch when he came out to Girdwood as a kid. Our kids thought it was pretty cool. It went on for at least fifteen minutes.

Then we had fun watching the awesome fireworks show but couldn't last too much longer since we were celebrating in below zero temperatures. Woo hoo!

It was a memorable New Years Eve and I think that one of my resolutions will be to keep up better at my blogging this year. ;)

Hope you have enjoyed our mega posts etc. and feel like you have gotten caught up on all that the Johnson's have been up to this past year.
