Bob's Baptism

Bob attended the Centennial Park Ward that Haakon had the opportunity to serve as Bishop for 5 years. We made great friends with him and he did tons of service for us through out the time that were remodeling our first home. He was one of the most kind hearted, Christ-like people we knew. He knew the church was true but he had one weakness that was keeping him from being baptized. Haakon had kept up with him through the years and always asked him when he was going to get baptized. The other day, we got a phone call from Bob. After some health challenges he made some changes to his life and was able to commit to baptism and he wanted to know if we could be there. Of course!!!!!! It was such a neat thing to see a man like Bob, enter the waters of baptism. It reminded us that all things are possible to him that believeth.
