Goodbye Maggie!

For those of you living outside of Alaska.... Maggie is our resident elephant or was..... until it was decided that she needed to be in a warmer climate with other elephants. We have lots of fond memories of coming to see Maggie at the Zoo and enjoyed the chance to watch such an interesting animal. We knew it was a priviledge since she really didn't belong in this environment. So it is with mixed feelings that we send her off. We went to a farewell celebration for Maggie and had a chance to say our goodbyes. The girls had lots of fun trying to paint like an elephant and Corinne even painted a picture for her. We will miss you Maggie. Enjoy the California sunshine!
